TELECOMMUNICATIONS DIVISION

TMA Group Telecommunication Division was formed in February 2000, by a team of highly experienced and technically able Consultants to assist Companies throughout the United Kingdom and Europe.
Our mission is to offer Clients an easy and cost effective search and selection service that enables them to staff there Projects with the highest calibre personnel within budget and time frame.

We assist Clients, Contractors and Consultants who require Professional Personnel on a permanent basis in two main fields of Telecommunications:

Data Centre Design and Construction

Our focused team of Consultants provide Project Teams for the Design and Build of switching sites, nodes, internet server hotels, data and call centres, dealer rooms and tele-houses. Our database currently holds over 35,000 Engineers and Managers of all levels.

We also recruit for control room projects, amplification sites, HVAC/UPS/DC power generation and cooling systems.

Mobile Telecommunications Design & Build

The wireless telecommunications industry is a challenging environment made up of extreme customer demands and technological change. We assist our Clients in three main areas:

Acquisition Design Construction

We work in partnership with our Clients throughout the United Kingdom and Europe to put together teams of Managers, Engineers and Technicians to cover a wide range of disciplines within Acquisition, Design and Construction. We also cover Fast Track rollout and recruit all personnel for total network rollout package including Project Management, Site Search and Acquisition Engineers, Line of Sight Engineers, Design, Surveying and Engineering Technicians, Civil and Electrical Engineers, Riggers, Erectors and Installation and Commissioning Engineers.

Acquisition

We provide Site Acquisition Managers and Surveyors that cover the following; negotiations with site provider, leasing letter of intent and final account, detailed site surveys and evaluations, site acquisition reports, cost benefit analysis, preliminary site design and planning applications, submission and management.

Design

We recruit Design and CAD Technicians for the Design of Greenfield and Rooftop Cell Sites consisting of telecom towers, masts and associated buildings. They offer a full architectural and engineering design service incorporating Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical and Geotechnical aspects. We have over the last year staffed a large number of Design Centres on behalf of our Clients.

Construction

We provide build teams consisting of Site Engineers, Site Supervisors and Managers, Build Managers and Project Managers. Our candidates are all professionally qualified within the construction and or Telecommunications industry and have extensive previous knowledge of 2G, 3G, GSM, TETRA, WLL, PCS, GPRS networks and installations. Our candidates have previous Experience all over Europe and in the UK.
